Park Place Towers

Park Place is a mixed use development in Hartford, Connecticut, which transformed an underutilized urban renewal site into a vibrant residential and commercial community one mile east of Connecticut's State Capitol. Park Place Towers, the residential component, consists of 451 apartments in two 25 story towers, located on 33 beautifully landscaped acres with ponds, jogging paths, tennis courts, a 630 car garage, and a swimming pool. The buildings have sophisticated access control and video surveillance systems, and a 24 hour concierge service. The neighboring Merrow Factory was converted into 30,000 square feet of offices and accessory retail space. The 465,000 square foot Xerox Centre office complex occupies the northeast corner of the site.
